A childhood home reimagined for a young family of three, transformed with a Japandi style that seamlessly blends Japanese minimalism with Scandinavian warmth. The result is a serene, functional space designed for modern family living.
The renovation improved the flow by relocating the kitchen and creating a new dining space, while moving the laundry upstairs for added convenience. A bathroom was removed, and two bedrooms were combined into a large, multifunctional area to accommodate the owner's hobbies. An unused room on the main floor was opened up as a bright, open playroom for their young child, making the home both adaptable and tranquil for the family’s evolving needs.
